Gismondi on Wine reviews Pure Provence Rosé

Canadian wine critic Anthony Gismondi shares his opinion of Pure 2016, “Much like last year the colour is super pale Côtes de Provence. The fruit is a mix of grenache and syrah grown between 300 and 400 metres above sea level and night harvested. The style is delicate, bone dry and fresh with super tight acidity. The flavours are light strawberries and citrus with and undercurrent of electric acidity. Made for food you can serve this all summer with grilled vegetables, grilled fish and or cheese. Proper dry rosé, which means it’s not for everyone.”
