Food and rosé wine pairing

This year we have something extra special planned for lovers of Provence rosé and great food. We are partnering with the team at M Restaurant, where Pure is the pouring rosé. Our delicious pink has been carefully paired with a dish of Cobia sashimi, pickled green chilli salsa, black sesame seeds, chive oil and chive flowers. Group Executive Chef, Michael Reid, has created the recipe using Cobia fish, also known as Black King Fish, which is new to the UK market.

Buy a glass of Pure from us at stand S03 and get a postcard voucher for £1 off the yummy fish dish at M Restaurant stand R8. When you buy the Cobia fish dish at M, you’ll get a postcard voucher for £1 off a glass of Pure. This special offering brings together the best in exciting food and delicious Provence rosé to add a perfect pairing experience for visitors at Taste of London.
