Stunning pale pink in colour, with a gorgeous nose of red summer berries and a hint of spice. A fruit forward, delicious Rosé, with freshness and some nice tension. Belle Année with its vibrant personality will be a highly versatile addition to the range, great as a crowd-pleasing aperitif or a handsome partner to many foods.

Vinification: Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing, partial cold maceration and temperature controlled fermentation. The wines are protected by inert gas from vineyard to bottling.
Analysis: Alcohol 12.88% / pH 3.46 / RS <1g/l
Allergens: Contains sulphites
Food pairings: Great with salads, picnics, street-food, roast chicken, fish, Mediterranean dishes, aromatic food.
