We’re so delighted to be participating in the first episode of The Wine Show about to be screened on Channel 5 this week. This light-hearted TV Series is based on adventurous road trips by well-known actors and wine experts around the key regions of the world exploring food and wine with local cuisine prepared by famous chefs.
Featuring Brits Matthew Goode (“Downton Abbey”, “The Crown”, “The Imitation Game”) and James Purefoy (“Rome”, “The Following”, ”Churchill”), as well as TV wine expert Joe Fattorini and the queen of British wine critics Jancis Robinson, the show has a fantastic chemistry, authenticity and solid expertise.
It is impossible not to take away some interesting insights from this beautifully shot series where the actors, presenters and crew dart from the South of France to the USA, Argentina, Japan and Bosnia in search of beautiful bottles and the captivating stories behind the wines.
We really hope you will be able to join us at your screens, preferably with a glass of Mirabeau in your hand, to transport yourselves directly back to our village in summery Provence. Please share this with your friends and family if you think they’d enjoy this too and of course we’d love to hear your views, by mail or on our Facebook page.
Wishing you all the best for this start to 2018 and looking forward to sending you some more news from Cotignac towards the end of the month.
Enjoy and drink pink,
Jeany and Stephen x
