Legal drinking age

When you place an order on this website, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. It is your responsibility to ensure that any person who takes receipt of your package in your absence is also of legal drinking age. Please refer to our Terms of Sale for further information.

Minimum spend of £90

This webshop portal has been set up to service our truly valued UK market to allow people access to our whole range in one place, and to cater for larger quantities for private events such as parties and weddings. Our branded merchandise is available for purchase in addition to any wine / spirits order.

How will my order be delivered?

Our fulfilment partner processes orders to get them delivered through a courier service. Orders processed before noon (12pm) MON-FRI will be delivered the next working day, otherwise the day after. We cannot guarantee next day delivery in circumstances beyond our control.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm. You will receive a tracking code to follow the delivery. If you know that you won’t be there, please include special delivery instructions and ensure the person taking receipt of your order (alcoholic products) is of legal drinking age. You may contact the courier service through their website to arrange an alternative delivery.

When will i receive my order?

Deliveries are made by courier delivery, and our order cut-off time is 12pm Monday-Friday for delivery the next working day. We are unable to deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays or the next working day following a Bank Holiday.

We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Isles of Scilly, and some rural Highland locations.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £90 (our minimum spend)

Can i send my gift as a surprise?

Yes you can. But you’ll need to consider what will happen if the person you’re surprising isn’t home at the time of delivery.

We’re happy to include instructions on our packaging asking the courier driver attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place, and to post a card saying where the delivery is if the recipient is not home. We’ll also ask for a contact telephone number from you when you order, in case the driver is unsure what to do.

In the rare situation that no alternative location can be found, the driver will post a card through the door advising that the parcel has been returned to the delivery depot with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for parcels left if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, or for parcels returned to the depot. It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient of any alcoholic products is of legal drinking age. Please see our Terms for further information.

Where do I add my gift message?

Add your personal message into the “Gift message” section at checkout. We include your gift message on a postcard placed inside the presentation box.

Our wines contains sulphites. Please refer to the tech sheets on the individual product pages for further information.

Returns policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of products which have be opened or have date expired while in your possession). We must be advised by email to orders@mirabeauwine.com prior to you returning any items and you must arrange for your own return of the goods. The goods must be returned in a satisfactory condition. Returned orders will be refunded in full within 14 days. Should you be unsatisfied in any way with your purchase or gift please contact us.
