A couple of days a year, Trond Moi flies to the South of France to hold a ‘cours de cuisine‘ for a bunch of enthusiastic Norwegian guests staying at at Lou Marronie, one of the most beautiful manors in Cotignac. Trond Moi is a famous Norwegian chef with a number of restaurants in Norway called Bolgen & Moi.

And what goes better with food than wine?
A private wine tasting event was also organised where Stephen Cronk spoke about winemaking in Provence and shared the Mirabeau story. The guests were really inspired by his passion for wine and the family’s dedication and commitment to following their dream. And they loved Mirabeau’s two fab Provence rosé wines, as well as the white and red wines that are only available in Cotignac.
The cooking course and wine tasting event was organised by Sissa of Provencereiser.com who also offers art and photography courses (in Norwegian) at Lou Marronie.
